What about if I want to get additional rental time?
Sure you can get additional time and we charged $100 per each additional 1 hour to the original time.
What if I am not satisfied with my service?
We trying to solve any issues instantaneously with our client as our ultimate goal is our client's satisfaction. So, please if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to contact us prior, or after your event, or talk to the professional technician on-site during the event.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
Our first-time client will get a special discount of 10% off the original price of our high-quality rental packages.
Do you have a customer referral program?
If we got booked by a new client referred by one of our awesome clients, our client will get a 20% discount coupon to use for his/her future event.
